A conversation is a powerful exchange of energy and that is where our time together begins.

In our first conversation we will uncover what you really want to work on; the things you have been putting off doing or dismissing as not possible or that you have been frightened to step towards.

With that clarity we will agree what will best support and serve you to take the first or next step.

Coaching is more than simply having a conversation. It is a relationship based on a uniquely powerful and transformative kind of conversation.

Trust, authenticity, integrity and a willingness to go beyond your comfort zone are the qualities required for life changing conversations.
As your coach, my role is to hold a safe space for you to explore your life and/or business in a way that feels; safe, fun, inspiring and at times challenging!

I will challenge you to confront the habits and patterns of thinking and behaviour which are holding you back and, at the same time,  I will be your biggest supporter as you step forward into a new way of being.

Your role is to show up, to be open and honest (with yourself as well as with me) to be curious about what is possible and, most importantly, be prepared to step up and take action.

Four Steps on your Journey


1. Press Pause

The first step towards creating a change in your life is to PAUSE.  You are probably used to going fast, getting things done, juggling lots of demands on your time and attention, planning what needs to happen next and not giving yourself time to relax and think about what you really want.  Pressing Pause does not mean putting everything on hold but it does mean slowing down and allowing your mind and your body to catch up with each other.  

2. Gain Clarity

Once you practice pressing pause you will notice your thinking becomes much CLEARER.  You will find that you are able to prioritise better, you will see more clearly what is serving you and what isn’t, you will notice opportunities that you couldn’t see before and you will be able to start making choices that are more in alignment with who you are and what you want from your life and/or your business.

3. Find your Focus

From CLARITY comes the ability to FOCUS your energy and attention on the things that matter most to you;  improving your health and well-being, developing better relationships, building or growing your business, creating a more meaningful life or something else that is important to you.  Finding your focus is a practice which brings incredible results into all areas of your life.

4. Act from Insight

An amazing thing happens when you PAUSE and slow down.  You start to see more CLEARLY and in a more FOCUSED way and that leads you to gain INSIGHT.  Insight is what enables you to make wise choices, to step into your power more often, to see the path you want to be on and, crucially, to trust yourself to step on to it.  

1:1 Coaching


 Mindset coaching is about enabling you get out of your own way and go beyond the limits of your thinking. 

It is about turning to face unhelpful habits and patterns of thinking and behaving, letting go of old stories and stepping into your power.  As you do that you will experience a surge in confidence, experience more energy and motivation and you will discover you have more time to focus on what is truly important.

There are three elements that create the magic in mindset coaching - You, Me, and what we co-create as "Us".

We will work together over a period of time (typically 6-12 months) which allows you the space and time to explore, discover, experiment, learn, adjust and find your path.

If you choose to work with me as your coach, our work has a broader reach than just you and me.  In partnership with B1G1, I give 365 days of access to life-saving clean water to families in Ethiopia on your behalf.

No-one else will give you the time to invest in yourself, YOU need to create it.  
 
Committing to join like minded people on a retreat, in a workshop or on a longer group programme can be what you need to give yourself the permission to create that time.

There is something incredibly powerful about being with other people in the energy of personal growth and transformation.

  • Mindfulness Practice Group

    Practicing mindfulness doesn't have to be done alone.  In fact, it can be hugely beneficial to practice with other people which is why I offer this practice group to anyone who has some experience of mindfulness.


    You may have been practicing mindfulness for many years and have a well established practice so would like to come along to explore new practices or simply meet up with other practitioners from around the world.  Perhaps your mindfulness practice has fallen by the way-side recently and you'd like to re-connect with it.  Or maybe you have done a small amount of mindfulness training and would like to develop a regular practice so that you can continue to experience the benefits.


    Wherever you are on your mindfulness journey you are very welcome to join this monthly practice group.

  • The Inner Work

    This is a series of workshops in which we dive deeply into key elements of what it means to live life mindfully.  As well as the techniques we associate with mindfulness – meditation, present moment awareness and paying attention – it is also necessary to practice cultivating attitudes which support a mindful life.   Attitudes such as acceptance, patience, trust, letting go and gratitude.

  • Pressing Pause Retreats

    Give yourself permission to press pause, recharge and reconnect on this mindfulness based retreat. Take the time to explore mindfulness practices with a small group of people and led by an experienced and qualified mindfulness teacher.  


    Many of us live very busy lives and often don't prioritise time for ourselves to re-balance and recharge. This mindfulness retreat offers you the time and space to do just that.  


    Recently, we have all experienced the most challenging time being isolated from loved ones, having our daily routines disrupted and living with the constant media messages of fear.


    Whatever your experience, giving yourself the opportunity to pause, breath and re-connect with all of the goodness in our lives is a way to address the imbalance that busyness or Covid-19 has created.


    The retreat is open to people who are new to mindfulness, people who have some experience of mindfulness but don't find much time to practice as well as people who have a regular practice and feel they'd like to give themselves permission to focus on their practice.


    People often say that by coming on a retreat like this is and giving themselves time to turn their attention inwards gives them a sense of calm and groundedness and they are left with a feeling of relaxation or renewed energy.

    Create more ease and flow in your life this year


    This 4 week mindfulness based programme is all about supporting you to build the inner resources you need for whatever this year brings.   It is not just about getting through it. This programme will help you establish a mindset which will enable you to thrive and create the kind of experience you want to have.
